About WARDOGS

What the game actually is

WARDOGS is an all-out warfare FPS that combines tactical gunplay and combined-arms combat with building and destruction mechanics, in a large-scale militaristic sandbox of up to 100 players.

The Core Idea

Every Decision Matters

The whole game runs on cash. What you buy, when you buy it, and how you earn it back are the decisions that actually decide matches.

$10,000

Your Starting Stake

Every player begins with the same $10,000. See Money.

Each Life

Buy Your Loadout

Pick weapons, gear, utility, and vehicles fresh every time you spawn.

Teamplay Pays

Helping Is Income

Reviving, transporting teammates, and holding the objective all reward cash. See Tips.

Carries Over

Cash Persists

Money follows you match to match, so a big buy at the right moment can swing a fight.

The Mode

King Of The Hill, Scaled Up

Three teams fight over a randomized 2x2km Control Zone inside a much larger map. Whichever team has the most players inside it earns points, and the first to 100 wins. Because the zone moves and every player picks their own approach, no two matches play out the same. Full breakdown on Game Modes.

Your Call

Play And Profit Your Way

There's no single correct way to play. Chase the Hot Zone for double cash, buy a ghillie suit and work at range, ferry supplies in by helicopter, fortify a chokepoint with your own FOB, or crew an artillery vehicle. Lone wolf or full squad, the approach is yours.

The Map Reacts

Build It Or Level It

Bring down apartment blocks with rocket launchers or push through a town in armour — the world changes around you. It cuts both ways: you can just as easily build up and fortify key positions for an advantage. See Deployables.

Player Driven

Not A Battle Royale

WARDOGS isn't a battle royale or an extraction shooter. It's an all-out warfare FPS built to reward decision-making, communication, and teamwork. Local voice chat carries to anyone nearby, so it's as useful for calling tactics as it is for talking to the enemy squad you just ran into.

Name

Is It WARDOGS Or War Dogs?

The game is officially styled WARDOGS, as one word. People commonly write it as War Dogs or WarDogs, and all three refer to the same game — an all-out warfare FPS from BULKHEAD, not the 2016 film of the same name.
